Words from Jim
My name is Jim Desmond and very simply, I want to earn your present and future business.
I am licensed to practice law in both Kentucky and Indiana. My legal practice is devoted entirely to car and motorcycle accidents. I have been practicing law since 1993 and I have done everything from defend insurance companies to recover money for health insurance carrier. However, at this point in my career, my practice is devoted exclusively to representing those people who have been injured because of a car or motorcycle accident.
I do understand what you are going through. I personally have seen the stress caused by a motor vehicle accident. I have handled personal injury cases for my parents, an aunt and even my wife. Also, when it comes to loved ones, I have unfortunately experienced the death of a wonderful daughter so I understand what it is like to lose a loved one or fear the same.
Automobile or motorcycle accidents are scary. They threaten everything you work so hard to preserve, including your job, health and happiness. The worst part is that the insurance company deals with hundreds of these cases every day and to them, you are nothing more than a file.
Very simply, I want to earn your business for now and the future. I want you to be happy enough with me so that you will tell everyone from your family to your friends about my law office. This means that I have to make sure you understand the complexities of the law, you get a fair evaluation of your case and you recover money from every insurance policy you are entitled to. If I practiced several areas of the law, I could not probably achieve these goals. However, when do like I do and only handle automobile and motorcycle accidents, you generally learn the right set of questions to ask and the right steps to take.
If you had an accident, call me on my cell phone at (502) 609-7567. I use my cell phone for all my business because I think it is important that a client be able to reach their attorney and stay educated on the progress of their case. I do not charge anything to meet with you and even if you do not hire me, I do not mind taking the time to put you on the right track.
Best wishes,
Jim
