Can You Extend The Statute Of Limitations For A Kentucky Car Wreck?
Yes, the actual Statute of Limitations is two years from the date of the car wreck or two years from the date of the last no-fault payment. If you’re not an attorney I don’t recommend you use that extension. It has to be an actual no-fault payment, things like med-pay payments do not count so you could end up miscalculating what your statute of limitations is, which would then bar your claim permanently.
